Zacharias Vineyards

Vineyards: From the Zacharias family vineyards at Nemea slopes - Leontio village. The vineyards are being cultivated by practicing a certified Integrated Viticultural Management System for the Production of Wine Grapes, according to standards AGRO 2.1 and AGRO 2.2.

Altitude: 400m. from sea level

Wine making: Red classic wine making method, with a 10-15 days skin contact in 25-28o C. Aging for one year in new French oak barriques and then for seven months in the bottle.

Characteristics: Agiorgitiko in its classic version… A deep ruby red colour and a soft mature bouquet with hints of red cherry, strawberry and vanilla characterize this Nemea wine. It is full-bodied, well balanced, with soft tannins and a velvety aftertaste on the palate.
